Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I bought a Wedgie burger with the Impossible Patty (my first Impossible burger) and I thought maybe I was eating beef. It is too good. I got the brightest smile from one of the staff who handed my food, she asked if my poppy dressing was enough (even they gave me 2 containers for a side of salads). The smile was the best part. She gave me a cup of wedge fries which were on the house. They were super hot, I couldn't even eat them in my car. Still hot they were in my place. The fries are not oily like other restaurants, no old oil smell. Sure worth the $$. Thank you !Poppy dressing is a killer if you like a bit sweet dressing.

Our waitress Ari was wonderful. My Turkey burger was good except I didn't know I had to pay a dollar more for onions. I don't like paying on those tankr kiosks because they are full of germs and bacteria. Plus a device could be placed inside the machine to gather your card information. I will not do it again. Two weeks prior My server was not very good. Plus when I finally received my burger it was beef and not Turkey. The server proceeded to tell me that the tavern burgers only had beef meat. That should information should have been given to me before the order was put in. I told her I didn't want it and she actually expected me to keep it anyway and to pay for something I didn't want. She sent the manager over. I don't know what part of I'm not waiting for another order they did not understand

Employees are always friendly despite this restaurant being super busy most of the time. They have large variety of chicken burgers and sandwiches. If you are taking for to go,they will give you plate of potatoes so you would be busy while waiting. Every few weeks they email you specials. Like 7 days or 14 days specials.
